Dear all

Thanks to the great work of many on this list, we are very close to
finishing the translation of 4.0 BY-NC-SA.

To get us over the finish line, Claudio and I propose *a sprint* to close
out remaining comments from exchanges between the translation leads and CC
HQ. We are looking for volunteers to review and engage with CC HQ on the
final round of comments, and integrate any changes agreed upon into the
BY-NC-SA license.

*Please notify Claudio and me if you are interested in taking lead on this
sprint, or would like to participate.*

Here is the latest draft of the BY-NC-SA license
<https://cc4-es-legalcode.legal.creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/legalcode.es>
(login:
creative, password: commons). There were a few changes from the last
version provided by Luisa this past summer that HQ made on its own
accord.FN1

Here is the last round of comments
<https://docs.google.com/a/creativecommons.org/document/d/1IJ9Cge7Wjr1hQhq1GuYt0gCGjK9s4dN7nB0O_KZk3Y8/edit?usp=sharing>
based on a review by Claudio and Diane that need to be considered and
resolved vis-a-vis the above license draft. Additionally, there remain some
phrases still to be translated:

   - *Please read the FAQ for more information about official translations.*
   - *Back to Commons Deed*

Please let us know if you're willing to dive in and assist with the sprint.
If so, let us know, and then feel free to look at the comments document
above and lend your expertise on how best to resolve the final comments.

Best,
Diane
