Small changes of wording made by team:

on "derechos sobre bases de datos" it reads: "y bajo cualquier implementación nacional en esto,"

I'd suggest to put "y bajo cualquier implementación nacional de aquellos", and the same for the sentence immediately below, on "otros derechos similares"... "cualquier implementación nacional de aquellos".

"provisto" should be changed for "previsto" (appears twice)
