  Clean the HTML code of the Arabic files

- added all the languages from right to left in the correct order +
added German (because we are close to publication) + the Arabic comma ،
in between;
- corrected the paths;
- removed the mention “/* Copyright 2014 Evernote Corporation. All
rights reserved. */“
- added the missing closing tag </a> in the footer, after تتوفر لغات
إضافية.
